Gordon Tobey Developments Ltd is a family owned and operated business established in Brighton in 1976. A father - son building team, Gordon and Stephen Tobey have built over 200 homes, the majority of which enjoy the designation of being Certified R-2000 homes. As engineers, having graduated from the same University - 29 years apart, they have over 40 years of combined building experience.

Gordon Tobey Developments Ltd is the 1st builder in Canada to build exclusively to the R-2000 Standard and one of the few that are exclusively R-2000 at the present time. We are the only Certified R-2000 builder in Brighton.

As President, Gordon sets the direction for the company and manages the overall operations. Stephen is responsible for all computer design work and co-ordinates and supervises the entire construction process.
