Survey Results

Each year the Tarion Warranty Corporation conducts a survey on new home builders to determine customer satisfaction. Surveys are managed by a 3rd party research company and sent to consumers who took possession of a new home during the previous year.

The survey focuses on homeowners’ overall satisfaction with their builder, covering every stage of the after-sales homeowner-builder relationship – from the signing of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, through construction and the pre-delivery period, to after-sales service.
