From ground breaking to the last piece of trim installed, our skilled and versatile building team is on-site. Assisting our team, are a select number of local trades contracted to do specific aspects of the construction. In selecting sub- contractors, we clearly set out the quality and service standards they must meet.

Over the years, we have established excellent relationships with our sub-contractors and as a result, we enjoy exceptional service and commitment. We firmly believe our core team method of building is superior to the normal approach of multiple sub-contractors.

The safety of our team is all important to Gordon Tobey Developments Ltd. As such, we ensure our onsite core team is knowledgeable and appropriately equipped. Each of them is expected to be safety conscious and exercises care and diligence in the performance of their job. Ongoing training is provided to ensure our team complies with the rules and regulations of the governing bodies overseeing the construction industry. Additionally, we require that all sub-contractors used by Tobey Developments conform appropriately to their applicable agencies/legislation.
